MISSION STATEMENT
Under the patronage of our Blessed Mother, the mission of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic School is to support parents in their role as the primary educators of their children. Our classical training nourishes students’ natural sense of wonder and guides them to know and love what is genuinely good, true, and beautiful. Faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church, we form our students to be virtuous disciples of Jesus Christ and joyful witnesses to the Gospel.

Our Lady Star of the Sea is a Catholic liberal arts school located in beautiful Bremerton, Washington. As a Catholic school we strengthen the faith of our students by fostering a rich Catholic culture where our teachers, our curriculum, and our environment integrate the faith into every aspect of our school. As a liberal arts school we are committed to helping students not only acquire the necessary intellectual skills for a life of learning but also grow in wisdom and virtue through the practice of those skills within our Catholic culture. Our Dominican sisters elevate our culture and our classrooms through their vocations, and our onsite adoration chapel allows us to have Jesus at the center of our school – literally.
