Saint Ann Catholic School
Decatur, Alabama
Our Mission
In collaboration with parents as primary educators, Saint Ann Catholic School seeks to cultivate within its students: knowledge of the truth, love of the good, and a rich appreciation for the beautiful. We take as our vocation this opportunity to craft a historically deep, philosophically informed, tradition-rich, and ever more fully catholic curriculum and formative experience for our students. As an instrument of the parish, Saint Ann Catholic School seeks to provide exemplars of the Christian life for the community and to aid in the evangelization of the next generation for Christ.
About Our School
Founded in 1955, Saint Ann Catholic School was established to provide a quality Catholic education for the children of families in the Decatur, AL area. Saint Ann is a part of the Annunciation of the Lord parish and is under the Diocese of Birmingham Catholic schools. We serve students ages 3 years through 8th grade where they can continue their Catholic education through high school with our feeder schools Saint Bernard or John Paul II High School.
