Our Mission

Centered in the person of Jesus Christ and grounded in the teachings of the Catholic Church, Father Marquette Catholic Academy is a mission of four Marquette parishes. Partnering with parents, we work to form students into disciples who will go forth to improve the world around them. We accomplish this by uniting the pursuits of faith and reason. Through rigorous academics grounded in the perennial classical curriculum and a commitment to personal attention of each student and their growth in virtue, we are dedicated to the complete formation of our students, remembering that in the end, only one thing is necessary.

About Our School

Father Marquette Catholic Academy is a small Catholic school in the Diocese of Marquette; we provide students from pre-kindergarten to eighth grade with an excellent academic education in a vibrant school community. We partner with parents to help them in their sacred duty to educate their children, making sure that everything we do is centered on Jesus and the teachings of the Church. FMCA teachers and staff form the whole person by remembering our students' truest identity as children of God, meant to spend eternity with him. Our students are allowed time to wonder, ask big questions, and take delight in learning; they are taught to practice virtue and seek truth, and they have many opportunities for prayer and for serving others. We work to send our graduates out as disciples of Christ who know how to think clearly, communicate effectively, seek wisdom, and serve their communities joyfully while building the kingdom of God.
