St. Mary Star of the Sea Elementary School is a joyfully Catholic school that celebrates traditional Catholic values and rituals, the truth and beauty revealed by God in all of His creation and peoples, and especially works towards social justice as a part of the urban downtown Jackson community. Feast Day Celebrations, daily whole school prayer, and community partnerships with organizations like the YMCA, Grow Jackson, and the Jackson Symphony Orchestra allow St. Mary’s to grow the whole child on their path to sainthood!
