Performance Responsibilites:
Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Design and implement lesson plans that integrate Catholic teachings, liberal arts principles, and virtue education.
Foster student’s intellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and appreciation for the humanities.
Cultivate a sense of community and collaboration among students, parents, and colleagues.
Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and character development.
Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic
Bachelor’s Degree
Appropriate certification or willingness to obtain certification.
Familiarity with the traditional methods of Catholic Liberal Education or a willingness to learn.
Experience with or willingness to learn Singapore Math.
Dedication to a structured literacy approach of teaching reading and language.
A commitment to helping students discover their full potential academically, spiritually, physically, and socially.
