Reports To: Director of Advancement and the Principal

Employment Status: Full-Time, 12 Months

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, or advancement preferred.

• Self-motivated

• Detail-oriented, organized, and timely

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, donors, and the public

• Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a customer service and marketing orientation who is accessible, approachable, and has a good sense of humor

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Ability to analyze enrollment data and develop strategic action plans.

• Proficiency in field-related software and programs (i.e., Microsoft applications, Google, FACTS, etc.) preferred

• Pass background check

• Complete VIRTUS training

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complies with policies and procedures established by the Diocese of Savannah in accordance with the philosophy of Catholic Education

• Has an overall knowledge of the school’s mission and can relate specific expertise to these goals

• Reflects in personal and professional life a commitment to Gospel values and their Christian tradition

• Accepts and supports Faith Community not simply as a concept to be taught, but as a reality to be lived in worship, service and interpersonal relationships

• Is punctual in attendance and in the performance of regular duties

• Dresses in a professional manner

• Creates and implements a strategic plan for admissions, including but not limited to:

o Marketing and advertising (print, television, radio, social media, etc.)

o Create digital and print marketing and admissions materials

o Prospective parent programs/events (info sessions, tours, shadow days, etc.)

o Parent/Student ambassador programs

o Admissions/placement exams

o Application process from inquiry to enrollment

• Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month admissions strategy to achieve annual enrollment goals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective families.

• Respond to all inquiries within one business day.

• Develop and implement a prospective family communication plan that provides a minimum of seven personalized touchpoints throughout the admissions process to build relationships, nurture engagement, and increase inquiry-to-enrollment conversion.

• Conduct personalized campus tours that highlight the school’s mission, academics, faith formation, and community.

• Guide families through the entire enrollment process using FACTS SIS and Enrollment.

• Maintain accurate admissions records and inquiry pipeline.

• Coordinate admissions events including:

o Open Houses

o Shadow Days

o Kindergarten Round-Up

o Preschool Preview Days

o New Family Welcome Events

• Partner with the Principal to evaluate enrollment trends and establish annual goals.

• Coordinate new student onboarding and orientation.

• Maintain a consistent social media presence showcasing school life.

• Coordinate photography, videos, testimonials, and promotional materials.

• Manage the school’s website admissions content.

• Develop targeted campaigns for preschool, elementary, and middle school recruitment.

• Build relationships with parish communities, preschools, realtors, local businesses, and civic organizations.

• Represent the school at community events, parish events, and local organizations.

• Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

• Coordinate ambassador and parent referral programs.

• Assist Advancement with fundraising and stewardship events.

• Monitor and analyze admissions pipeline metrics, including inquiry sources, tour conversions, applications, enrollment, and retention.

• Maintain an accurate admissions dashboard and provide monthly enrollment reports with trends and recommendations to the Principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Refer to annual compensation worksheet.

EVALUATION: The performance of this position will be evaluated annually by the principal.
