Position Overview: We are seeking qualified and passionate Classroom Teachers for potential openings in our K–8 program for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate is committed to student-centered instruction, strong classroom community, and collaboration within a faith-based environment. As a teacher at St. Charles School, you will play a vital role in nurturing students’ academic growth, social-emotional development, and spiritual formation. Responsibilities: ● Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with grade-level standards and curriculum ● Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and growth ● Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues ● Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback ● Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities ● Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum alignment and school-wide initiatives ● Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction ● Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events ● Support and uphold the mission, values, and traditions of Catholic education
