St. Anthony’s Tri-Parish Catholic School in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a faith-filled mission-driven, and visionary principal to lead our vibrant PreK – 8th grade Catholic school community.
The principal is responsible for: serving as the spiritual, instructional, and executive leader of the school, entrusted with advancing its mission of forming students in faith, academic excellence, and service; fostering a vibrant Catholic identity by further developing our Catholic Liberal Arts Curriculum; ensuring high-quality teaching and learning through effective leadership, supervision and development of staff; and providing operational and strategic leadership.
The principal works collaboratively with the Tri-Parish community, School Board, Foundation Board, Diocese of Cheyenne, faculty, staff, students, and families to sustain and grow a thriving Catholic school. The principal is appointed and evaluated by the St. Anthony’s Tri-Parish Catholic School Board.
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
● Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with a strong commitment to Catholic education
● Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Administration or a related field
● Minimum of five years of teaching and/or administrative experience
● Experience in Catholic education is strongly preferred
● Successful completion of the Diocesan background check and safe environment training
Salary Range – ($90,000.00 – $120,000.00) ; Benefited Position
