Website Shanley High School Fargo, North Dakota

We seek a qualified and mission-driven educator to teach science courses in grades 9–12 within a Catholic high school committed to the liberal arts and the integration of faith and reason. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong content knowledge in the sciences, but also a deep appreciation for scientific inquiry as a disciplined pursuit of truth—one that cultivates observation, experimentation, logical reasoning, and a sense of wonder about the created world. In this way, the teacher will help students see the study of science not as isolated facts, but as an ordered search for truth that ultimately harmonizes with the intellectual tradition of the Church. The teacher will cultivate clear and effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents, and contribute to a collaborative academic community rooted in both rigor and charity. A passion for Catholic education is important, along with a desire to form students intellectually, morally, and spiritually.

Candidates must hold, or be able to obtain, a current North Dakota Educator’s Professional License.

Expected Start Date: August 2026.
Deadline for applying: Open Until Filled.
