Elementary School Teacher – K-4 (position available 2026-2027)

St Vincent de Paul School in San Francisco, California is seeking a full-time elementary school
teacher for the school year 2026-2027. Teachers are responsible for teaching multiple subjects in
grades K through 4. Teachers work collaboratively within grade-level teams to teach cross-curricular
units of study.
Individuals applying for these positions must be able to support and promote the Catholic identity of
the school. The person must be experienced in planning and implementing curriculum, be skillful at
appropriately integrating technology into lessons, and understand how to manage a differentiated
classroom.

Key qualities of a St. Vincent de Paul teacher include a positive attitude, a deep interest in learning
new skills related to teaching, and a desire to collaborate with others.
Applicants must have a BA and a teaching credential; a master’s degree is preferred.

Salary follows the ADSF Instructional base salary scale – Range $57,000 to $80,000 (dependent of
teaching experience and credentials)
