Saint Louis Priory School seeks a talented and engaging Classics Teacher to begin work in the 2024-2025 school year. Ideal candidates for the position will have experience teaching at the middle school or high school levels, as well as a student-centered approach in the classroom. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and previous experience teaching Latin. Experience teaching outside the Classics Department in Theology, History, or English is preferred but not required. A collegial, interdisciplinary approach to teaching Classics within the broader Catholic intellectual tradition is desired.
Founded in 1956 by the Benedictine monks of Saint Louis Abbey, Priory is an independent Catholic school for young men in grades 7 through 12.
