Saint John Vianney Parish School (SJV) is seeking a dynamic and passionate Music

Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Music Teacher to join our Fine Arts team in a full-time or part-time
job-share capacity.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and creative music educator who enjoys working with
students of all ages and is passionate about helping children discover and develop their musical
talents.
The successful candidate will thrive in a faith-filled, collaborative school environment
and be committed to supporting the mission and Catholic identity of Saint John Vianney School.
Responsibilities
● Teach general music classes for grades 1 through 8
● Direct student performances, including Christmas and Spring concerts
● Collaborate with faculty and parish staff to integrate music into school liturgies and
special events
● Inspire students to develop a lifelong love of music and performance
● Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or a related field (required)
● Valid teaching license or willingness to obtain licensure
● Classroom music instruction experience preferred
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
● A genuine commitment to the mission of Catholic education
