The school community is seeking a qualified educator for the 5th grade position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications:
● Candidates must hold a BA from an accredited college or university.
● A valid California State Teaching Credential (or equivalent credential).
● Preferred minimum of two years teaching experience.
● A passion for teaching children and creating an inclusive learning environment.
● Experience with differentiated instruction and social-emotional learning.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
● Enjoys working in level groups with a strong sense of collaboration.
● Preferred practicing Catholic
Teaching Position Summary:
● Present lessons in a comprehensive manner.
● Ease and ability to integrate technology into the curriculum.
● Provide individualized instruction by promoting interactive learning.
● Able to call students to a high sense of accountability; classroom management skills should provide flexibility for meeting diverse learning styles.
Compensation: The Archdiocese of San Francisco provides a competitive compensation package that recognizes the dedication and expertise of our educators. The salary range for this position is $62,194–$138,967, with individual placement on the scale determined by years of teaching experience, advanced degrees, and California state credentials.
