Website Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Classical School Cashton, WI, Wisconsin

Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Classical School, Cashton, is nestled in “God’s Country,” a small rural village among the ridges and Amish of the driftless region of Wisconsin. The School itself has greatly grown over these summer months, especially in our 4K/5K classes, which are led by one teacher. Due to our partnership with homeschool families who send their child(ren) part-time, we are anticipating up to fifteen students on Tuesday and Thursday, which is why we are looking for an elementary school aide for the full day on those days.

This position will primarily consist of assisting our 4K/5K teacher in activities and learning that she has planned for the day as well as keeping an eye on the wellbeing of the children.

The position is mainly for full days on Tuesday and Thursday in the 4K/5K room, but there is the possibility of further hours, duties, and responsibilities that can be discussed, especially if the needs of the School Community continue to grow.

Interested candidates must be practicing Catholics who are either educated in the Church’s teachings on education or open to learning. The candidate must also be eager and passionate in serving the Church, students, families, teachers, staff, and parish communities, especially in seeing each student as a unique individual human being created in the image and likeness of God and belonging to a community. This will include building bridges with all involved communities.
