Science Teacher

Mount Royal Academy in Sunapee, NH is seeking a full or part time science teacher for grades 6-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants should be familiar with classical curriculum and pedagogical methods and have a passion for Catholic education. All full time teachers must be practicing Catholics and  willing to profess an oath of fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church.

Candidates should have the desire to share their faith through example and teaching, and the ability to see the potential in all students. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are necessary.   The candidate should also be willing to work collegially with faculty members and school leadership to explore effective and creative methods of instruction, assessment, and student support.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a strong background in the subject matter, and a solid understanding of biology, chemistry, and physics. The candidate must bring a commitment to high academic standards and an ability to build a strong rapport with students.  Teaching experience is preferred.
