Curriculum Implementation Coordinator 
(Curriculum and Instruction Support)

Kolbe Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded Curriculum Implementation Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of curriculum across our digital programs.

This role serves as the operational bridge between curriculum development and instructional delivery, ensuring that new and revised curriculum is accurately built, maintained, and supported within our digital learning platform.

Curriculum Implementation Coordinator is a position that focuses on:
-Partnering with Curriculum and Instruction to facilitate curriculum implementation in all digital formats.
-Supporting yearly course rollovers and updates in digital and asynchronous formats
-Maintaining current digital and asynchronous formats

Position Summary 
The Curriculum Implementation Coordinator is responsible for executing curriculum implementation across all digital formats, leading annual course rollovers, and maintaining the operational integrity of active digital courses throughout the academic year.

This position works closely with the Curriculum and Instruction to ensure that courses are accurate, accessible, and function smoothly for students and teachers.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys structured systems, digital course environments, and ensuring details are correct and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation Support 

Live Online Programs 
-Facilitate the organization and delivery of curriculum resources to teachers when new or revised curriculum is adopted.
-Ensure instructional materials are clearly structured, properly labeled, and accessible to teachers and students.
-Coordinate with the Instruction team to support smooth rollout of new curriculum resources across effected courses.

Digital Homeschool & Asynchronous Programs 
-Implement curriculum updates within digital homeschool and asynchronous courses as directed by the Academics Division.
-Translate curriculum revisions into updated digital course structures, assessments, and materials within the LMS.
-Coordinate with teachers when content-heavy updates require subject-matter input or instructional adjustments.
-Track implementation progress to ensure updates are completed accurately and on schedule.

Ongoing Course Maintenance 
-Maintain active digital homeschool and asynchronous courses throughout the year.
-Respond to course functionality inquiries from parents or students or route content issues to appropriate academic departments.
-Troubleshoot issues related to content, media, assessments, and course structure.
-Monitor third-party tools and integrations for proper functionality.
-Track recurring issues and recommend course design improvements.
-Maintain documentation for rollover and maintenance procedures.

Annual Course Rollovers 
-Lead yearly rollover processes for digital homeschool and asynchronous courses.
-Implement curriculum updates accurately and efficiently.
-Oversee seasonal support staff during large-scale updates.
-Conduct quality reviews to ensure course consistency and completeness.

Qualifications Required: 
-Bachelor’s degree
-Experience working with Schoology or a similar LMS
-Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
-Experience managing digital content or online courses
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: 
-Experience in online, virtual, or asynchronous education
-Experience supervising temporary or seasonal staff
-Background in curriculum support or academic operations
