Immaculata Classical Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and joyful 8th grade homeroom teacher for the 2024/2025 school year. The 8th grade homeroom teacher is responsible for Algebra 1, History 8, History 7, Literature 7, & possibly one Latin class. Our Latin program is based on Hans Orberg’s Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata series and focuses on reading and speaking Latin as a means to acquiring reading fluency.

The ideal candidate is a faithful Catholic with a love of classical education and the ability to teach and manage a class that may include children with special needs. An undergraduate degree is required and teaching experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Founded in 2010, Immaculata Classical Academy is an independent Catholic school providing a rigorous liberal arts education to approximately 230 children in the Louisville area from pre-school through high school.
