THEOLOGY TEACHER

Fiat Classical Academy is a private Catholic high school located in Aurora,
Indiana, close to Cincinnati, Ohio. We will be entering our third year as a school
and therefore we are adding our 11th grade curriculum. Join us and be a part of
our growing team of classical Catholic educators for the 2026-2027 school year!

Mission and Vision: Inspired by the joy and hope of St. John Paul II, Fiat Classical
Academy offers young men and women an encounter with the one, true, good
and beautiful through a Catholic liberal arts education which cultivates
communion with God as we seek together the face of Christ. FCA’s four
educational pillars in teaching the art of being human are cultivating wonder,
encouraging encounter, fostering integration, and seeking excellence.

We are seeking a part-time Theology Teacher (or full-time multi-discipline
teacher, if the candidate can teach other courses that are posted) to join our
committed team.

Candidates: Ideal candidates are passionate, creative, dedicated, disciplined and
knowledgeable. They should have a desire to be an ongoing student, both in
content and classical pedagogy. Teachers should desire a collaborative
relationship with other faculty members, including regular conversations and
communal gatherings with one another.

Applicants: We are seeking applicants who are practicing Catholics, who love the
Faith, and are willing to take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium whose lives
are a witness to students, families and the surrounding community.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in related field of study (or work experience
in that field). Teaching experience would be preferred but not required.
Training in classical pedagogy will be given to all new faculty.
