Human Resource Director
Ecole Notre Dame des Victoires, a Catholic elementary school located in downtown San Francisco, seeks a part-time Human Resource
Required Qualifications:
❖ BA/BS Degree
❖ Willingness to embrace the Catholic values and traditions of Ecole Notre Dame des Victoires
❖ Enthusiasm for teamwork, collaboration, and collective efficacy
❖ Excellent communication skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
❖ Administer employee benefits and manage personnel records
❖ Educate new employees on the payroll process and benefit package assist, as appropriate, employees in completing online process to ensure the timely administration of payroll and benefits
❖ Administer the payroll process
❖ Ensure all employees, substitute teachers, independent contractors and tutors are fingerprinted and TB tested and have completed the Virtus training
❖ Coordinate with Chancery on administration of Cobra and Medicare Part D notifications,
❖ Coordinate with Chancery to ensure smooth administration of benefits for all employees, maintain complete and accurate payroll files for all employee
Salary & Benefits: Job Type: Hybrid, Part-time, Exempt position. Hourly rate: $35.00 to $40.00
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, work at a computer for long periods, stand, lift or carry up to 25lbs, reach, climb and descend stairs.
