St. Rose of Lima Catholic School is seeking a full-time principal for the 2026-2027 school year. The PK-8 school of approximately 100 students is WRISA accredited and has an excellent faculty and staff who are passionate about teaching and learning.
The successful candidate should possess dynamic leadership skills, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and display knowledge of curriculum and instruction. Because this is a Catholic school leadership role, the candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing. Candidates should hold a master’s degree and are required to have teaching experience and a strong commitment to supporting high‑quality instruction and schoolwide growth. Prior, successful administrative experience, preferably in a Catholic school, is desirable but not required.
