A Catholic classical school rooted in the pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness seeks a
Principal & CEO to provide visionary academic, spiritual, and organizational leadership. This
executive leader will ensure fidelity to Catholic teaching while advancing academic excellence,
sound business operations, financial sustainability, and a vibrant school community.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Is a practicing Catholic committed to Catholic education
Has leadership experience in Catholic liberal arts/classical education
Brings strong business leadership skills, including budgeting, financial stewardship, and
strategic planning
Has proven HR and staff leadership experience, including hiring, evaluation, and
professional development
Has 5+ years of school leadership or equivalent executive experience
Has an aptitude for or strong interest in fundraising and development
Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships with families, staff, donors,
parish partners, and the community
Understands WRISA accreditation and Archdiocese of Milwaukee requirements
Holds or is pursuing a relevant master’s degree (preferred)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Champion the school’s Catholic mission and identity
Lead academic excellence, curriculum, faculty development, and student achievement
Oversee operations, finances, HR, facilities, and compliance
Develop and execute long-term strategic and enrollment plans
Lead fundraising and cultivate donor and community relationships
Partner with the Board of Directors, Archdiocese, and parish community
Foster a culture where students, families, and faculty are formed to pursue what is true,
beautiful, and good
