Chesterton Academy of Northern Utah exists to uphold the treasured gifts of Catholic Tradition, Scripture, Salvation, and a relationship with Jesus Christ through a rigorous liberal arts education in the classical style. With faith and reason interwoven into every facet of the day, Chesterton Academy inspires students to live lives of virtue, recognize beauty, experience wonder at God's creation, and discover there is Divine purpose in the life of each person.

About Our School

Chesterton Academy of Northern Utah is an independent classical high school in the Catholic tradition. Chesterton Academy of Northern Utah is centrally located just minutes north of Salt Lake City in Bountiful, Utah. Inspired by the beauty and richness of the Catholic faith, Chesterton Academy seeks to form young men and women to be joyful saints. By introducing them to great thinkers such as Socrates, Thomas Aquinas and Dante, and by forming them in a distinctly Catholic culture, we lead students to choose for themselves the adventure of being a disciple of Christ.
