Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our classical education philosophy.
  • Cultivate a structured, joyful classroom that encourages exploration, spiritual growth, and student-led discovery.
  • Guide and coordinate daily support from the Teacher Assistant team to enhance student engagement and personalized learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to share student progress and address individual needs.
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure the PreK curriculum supports the school’s mission and academic goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • A practicing Catholic, fully committed to the teachings of the Magisterium and striving to live a life of holiness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience with self-paced learning and student-directed activities (relevant Montessori training or experience is a strong plus, but specific certifications, such as AMI, are not required).
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
