Job Description: Saint Leo School is seeking to employ a teacher with primary grades teaching experience and a deep devotion to Jesus in the Eucharist. Experience as a catechist or sacramental preparation for Reconciliation and First Holy Communion preferred. All employees are expected to embody and promote the mission of St. Leo School to develop Christ-centered students.
Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education preferred
• Experience preferred in teaching primary school age students
• Practicing Catholic
• Experience as a catechist or sacramental preparation for Reconciliation and First Holy Communion preferred
• Complete the online teaching application on the Diocese of Lexington website (www.cdlex.org)
• Complete the CMG Connect program (www.cmgconnect.org) and background check mandated by the Diocese of Lexington
