St. Francis de Sales Catholic School, in Lebanon, Ohio, is seeking a principal beginning with the 2025/2026 school year. St. Francis de Sales Catholic School, a K-8 elementary school of 175 students, is in Warren County about 30 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati and 20 minutes south of Centerville.
The school seeks a visionary leader with excellent communication and human relations skills, who is dedicated to fostering a community of academic excellence within an environment that emphasizes Catholic identity and values. The Principal will serve as the religious, academic, community, and operational leader of the school. He/she will show evidence of the ability to support and nurture faculty, engage with parents, and lead advancement efforts on behalf of the school. Prior administrative experience is required; Catholic school experience is desired.
The successful candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic with a strong love for Christ and His Church. Interested candidates should possess excellent academic, communication and managerial skills; an appreciation of the importance of technology in the learning process; successful teaching experience at the elementary level; have attained a master’s degree in education, hold a valid Ohio Certification/Licensure, and experience in administration.
