St. Eugene Cathedral School is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to help transition a TK-8 school into a first-of-its-kind in this county/diocese, thriving 6th-8th grade Catholic Middle School. The Principal closely collaborates with the Pastor and Department of Catholic School Superintendent to administer the total school program, including faith formation, service programs, an academic program of the highest quality, athletics, extracurricular activities, school plant needs and security protocols. This dynamic Principal will collaborate and support the other schools in the diocese to problem-solve, exchange ideas, engage in best practices, identify needed change and use research to guide action plans for the success of the whole Department of Catholic School system.
TITLE: Middle School Principal
REPORTS TO: St. Eugene Cathedral Pastor
CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt Administrative Contract
SUPERVISORY DUTIES: Faculty & Staff
SALARY: $115k – $123k annually DOQ
