Position: Primary Montessori Aide (part-time or full-time)

St. Charles is currently seeking a Primary Montessori Aide for our Montessori Classroom. The candidate will have experience in early-childhood education, demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with the lead guide. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic and have knowledge of/a background in Montessori education.

This position could be full-time or part-time, beginning August 21, 2024.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly – $16.28/hour. Offered wage is based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.

·       Full-time positions receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, retirement plans, and sick leave.

·       Part-time positions receive sick leave and a 403(b) voluntary retirement plan.
