Position: Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) Catechist (part-time)

St. Charles is currently seeking a Catechist for our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. The candidate will ideally have teaching experience in early-childhood education, demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with their co-catechist. The candidate should possess a CGS Catechist Level 1 Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start of school) and have the ability to manage a group of students in the environment. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic.

This position will be part-time, beginning August 21, 2024.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly – $16.28/hour. Offered wage is based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and relevant experience, degrees and certifications.

·       Part-time positions receive sick leave and a 403(b) voluntary retirement plan.
