Hours: Part-Time, maximum 10 hours / week (Monday through Friday, 11:30am – 1:30pm)
Wage Info: $19.00 per hour
Job Description:
Saint Veronica Parish’s school ministry is seeking a qualified candidate to provide part-time lunch supervision for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is primarily responsible for:
● Preparing the cafeteria for lunch service
● Assembling and distributing Choicelunch orders for students while following dietary restrictions and allergies
● Maintaining a safe and positive environment by monitoring student behavior in the cafeteria, Breezeway and/or in the school yard
● Assisting students with tasks like opening packages and containers, locating supplies, etc.
● Working collaboratively with other cafeteria staff to ensure smooth operations while providing a positive dining experience for students
● Administering basic first aid in the event of an emergency
● Keeping the cafeteria clean and orderly before and after lunch service
● Providing information and direction to students as needed
● Reporting any lunch or behavior issues to the Main Office
● Job entails active supervision of children (frequent standing, walking and some lifting)

Qualifications:
● Experience working with children and/or adolescents preferred
