Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging experience for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities: *Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and individual needs of thechildren.*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe to explore and learn.*Guide children in daily activities, such as play, art, music, and outdoor activities.*Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their development and achievements.*Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child’s progressand well-being.*Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a seamless and effective learningexperience for all children.
Qualifications: *Early Childhood Education Unites*Current certification in CPR and First Aid.*Minimum of two years of experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.*Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood best practices.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.*Passion for working with young children and making a difference in their lives.Additional Skills (Preferred):*Experience with emergent literacy and numeracy skills.*Knowledge of Play Base approaches.Benefits:*Opportunity for professional growth and development.*Collaborative and supportive work environment.*Chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
