Sacred Heart Catholic School, a classical school in the Diocese of Marquette, is seeking a nurturing elementary teacher to work with like-minded faculty and families in L’Anse, Michigan. This is a full-time position that will teach grades 1 and 2 in a split classroom. As a teacher at Sacred Heart Catholic School you will be responsible, in partnership with our parents, to support and promote the spiritual, academic and moral formation of the students entrusted to your care.
SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position from the third week of August through the second week of June.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Practicing Catholic preferred
• Teaching experience/certificate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education
The successful candidate must complete fingerprint scan, federally mandated background check and VIRTUS training. Position is open until filled.
