Elementary Teacher

Newman Catholic Classical School: Holy Name is seeking a dedicated Catholic elementary teacher to join our classical school. The ideal candidate will foster zeal, eagerness and diligence hoping to form Christ in the lives of others. NCCS: Holy Name focuses on teaching what is True, Good and Beautiful through the lens of the Catholic faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and promote Catholic values
• Take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium
• Create and maintain a supportive classroom environment aligned with Catholic values.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators during team meetings.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to grow in teaching practice.
• Engage in outreach activities and service projects to benefit the community.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and community members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Faith-filled and committed to the mission of Catholic education.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in elementary education is preferred.
