Holy Trinity Parish and School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Part-Time IT Support Technician to join our team. This role supports the daily technology needs of our Catholic school and parish community, helping to maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment that supports our mission of faith and education.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with onboarding and tech setup for new hires
-Provide ongoing technology support for faculty and staff
-Maintain and update OS systems and school devices
-Support the use and management of the JMC School Information System
-Ensure smooth operation of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
-Troubleshoot and maintain basic tech equipment (e.g., printers, projectors, classroom devices)
-Collaborate with administration to ensure data security and proper tech practices
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in IT support or a related field preferred
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
-Familiarity with school management systems; experience with JMC a plus
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and support a faith-based environment
-Commitment to the mission and values of a Catholic educational community
