Description
Blessed Miguel Pro Catholic Academy, an archdiocesan Catholic school located in Westminster, Colorado, is hiring a principal beginning with the 24/25 school year. Our patron is Bl. Miguel Pro, a Mexican Jesuit priest who was sentenced on false charges, but who was essentially executed without trial for his deep faith. As he stood before his executioners, about to be killed, he blessed them, forgave them, and then stretched his arms out in imitation of the crucified Christ. His final words, “Viva Cristo Rey!” translated to “Long live Christ the King!” At Bl. Miguel Pro Catholic Academy, our primary focus is to work with parents and the community to create an atmosphere of beauty and wonder, one that highlights the archdiocesan goals of having schools that are rooted in a Catholic worldview. We are committed to educating the whole child: academically, physically, socially, and most importantly, spiritually.

DEMOGRAPHICS

Currently, approximately 155 students in grades Preschool-8 are enrolled of which 77% of the students are Catholic and 78% of the students are Hispanic/Latino. Bl. Miguel Pro is committed to enrolling qualified students from all socioeconomic backgrounds and offers a strong financial aid program based on each family’s demonstrated need. Additional information about Bl. Miguel Pro Catholic Academy is provided in the prospectus provided by request.
