Job Title:

Bishop Machebeuf High School is currently seeking a Director of Business Operations for the 2024-2025 school year.  Under the supervision of the President and Principal, the Director of Operations has direct responsibility for overseeing facility and grounds maintenance and repairs, security, IT, event coordination, and the transportation needs of the school. This job requires someone who can manage their time to both complete their responsibilities while leading and managing others in a variety of departments and roles including facilities and grounds.

Candidates must have:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office products, email, and the internet

·       Strong knowledge of facilities and grounds including:  HVAC systems, IT systems, electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, turf maintenance, tree and shrub care, including commercial sprinkler systems

·       Demonstrated success providing financial oversight and managing a budget

·       Strong project and time management skills; ability to effectively backwards plan, juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail, and deliver consistent and timely results

·       Ability to form direct reports with care, compassion, and professionalism in the best traditions of the Catholic Church

·       Strong ability to proactively solve problems and make decisions quickly

·       Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

·       Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel

·       Ability to publicly support and live out the values of the Gospel as taught by the Catholic Church

Salary Range:
