Development Director

The Development Director is a full-time role responsible for fundraising and donor relations at Aquinas Academy under the direction of the President. Key duties include soliciting major gifts, managing the annual fund appeal, maintaining donor databases, and coordinating fundraising and capital projects. The position also oversees development planning, public relations, event coordination, and grant writing while ensuring donor stewardship and retention. Responsibilities span solicitation, program development, and program management, requiring strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. A bachelor’s degree in communications, finance, public relations, or marketing, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with nonprofit fundraising and Catholic values.
