Part-time Spanish or Latin Teacher

Angelus Academy, an independent Catholic liberal-arts school that serves students in preschool through eighth grade, is currently accepting applications for a part-time Spanish or Latin teacher. We are located in Northern Virginia, approximately 16 miles from Washington, DC, and in the vibrant Diocese of Arlington.

Our small class sizes, unique Salvation History-based curriculum, and dedication to teaching in the classical tradition foster a love of learning, the mastery of skills, and most importantly, a sense of God’s love and His plans for each student. Our school year is enriched by many special events, traditions, daily prayer, weekly Mass, and monthly Adoration in our school’s chapel. Our faculty and staff share a love of learning and a desire to continue growing professionally and spiritually.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the target language and culture and is committed to fostering an engaging and faith-filled learning environment for students in kindergarten through 4th grade.
